Meme Me up for Christmas: Handelskraft Wishes You a Merry Christmas

Meme Me up for Christmas
That’s right. Merry Christmas to all of you.

Meme me up. To get us and you in the mood for Christmas, we have prepared a little something.

Wesołych Świąt, क्रिसमस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं, メリークリスマス, Feliz navidad, Frohe Weihnachten!

Five different languages, but one and the same meaning: Merry Christmas!

To get your mind off all the hustle and bustle, we have put together the funniest Christmas memes from the Internet.

In addition, we provide you with essential and non-essential information about the festival of love.

Meme: Welcome to My Crib

Well, who cheated their way into the holy nativity scene?

Did you already know that the largest nativity scene in the world has more than 8,000 figures? Volunteers spent 3,000 hours on attention to detail when preparing this 70-metre-wide masterpiece in Plößberg, Upper Palatinate, Germany.

Meme & Purpose

Innovative and sustainable. Here is someone who makes a virtue out of necessity. We cannot say whether the focus is on combating the lack of gift wrapping paper or doing something good for the environment.

What is important is that this idea is more sustainable than buying new gift wrapping paper.

Every year, we produce about 8,000 tons of gift wrapping paper waste. This does not have to be the case – we can certainly do better.

A start-up from Munich, PlanetPaket, has the same mindset.

The cleantech start-up produces according to the cradle-to-cradle principle. This starts with organic paper and goes far beyond green electricity used for printing presses.

PlanetPaket completely avoids the use of environmentally harmful substances so that all products are 100% recyclable.

There are even more ways to avoid gift wrapping paper, for example not using any packaging at all.

If that does not appeal to you because there is no surprise factor, you can use old newspapers, fabric or jute bags. Be creative and do something good.

Meme Me up: Love Me Some Good Jokes

Without a doubt, the creators of this meme were pretty creative.

But what does soup have to do with Christmas? Quite a lot if you take a look at other countries and their traditions.

In Poland, for example, there is Borschtsch, which is a clear beetroot soup and is part of the twelve Christmas dishes.

In Spain, the festive menu features an almond or nut soup. In Mexico and the Philippines, soup is an essential part as well.

Meme Theme Too Good

Let’s face it: Christmas gifts are a must-have. It is really unfortunate, however, if you forget someone on your list.

Meme Me up and Gimme a Drink

Finally back with your loved ones. Great!
But keep in mind that family gatherings at Christmas often create a mood that is anything but peaceful.

In any case, we hope that you do not feel this way – and if you do, we want you to leave the drama behind, with the help of whatever comforters you need, and enjoy the festive season.
