Only 25% of marketers choose not to link to social media on their website. But it’s not how many websites link to social networks which is interesting, but what branches are doing it.
Despite the consumerisation of B2B, the wholesale branch is still the least likely to link to a social network from company websites. As is to be expected, industries relying on social connections, like charities, religion, and customer service are at the top. What is shocking, is that more government and military websites link to social media than e-commerce companies.
